I had a brilliant experience at this dental practice. The whole team was outstanding from start to finish. Receptionist Alessia was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Marissa, Eva, Keira, and Magda provided excellent care—professional, friendly, and thorough across all services. Truly one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!

Dr Kyra. Is absolutely phenomenal. She told me things that had never been told by doctors I had gone to through the NHS. Although this is private and costs more than going to nhs. It’s absolutely worth it! The nhs wanted to remove a tooth and she said absolutely not! And fixed it. She also fixed a chip in my front tooth! Looks good as new! The reception staff is awesome! Attentive and remember your name when you walk in. Just incredible care! Worth the money

I am a bit late with my review as my treatment finished in October. I went to Battersea Smiles for Invisalign which turned out I only needed the light package. It was great that a full assessment was done and I wasn't upsold a package for no reason. Dr Aylin was fab, super friendly and firm when needed to be when giving advice. She always made me feel comfortable and welcomed my children when I had to bring them in once. Overall it was a good experience here.

From the moment I walked in, the whole place felt bright and relaxed — everyone was smiling, the energy was genuinely positive. Alessia set the tone right at the front desk. Warm, welcoming, and efficient — she made the arrival feel easy and friendly. Magda stood out immediately. Her positivity was on top — she kept the whole appointment light, calm, and comfortable while still being thorough. She actually gave me personalised recommendations on how to look after your teeth. Aaliyah supported the whole process perfectly.

Dr Marisa and Eva was amazing. I did cavity removal and resealing, whitening with imaging with them. Really professional and explained everything very well considering I was a little nervous. It wasn't painful at all which was great since I do not do well with pain!The hygienist (sorry I can't remember her name) was brilliant - already booked for a regular hygienist now.Always welcome by friendly and very helpful Alessia. She made sure I was comfortable and answered all questions I had as well.Thank you! Can't recommend this enough!

I just finished my planned treatment with Dr. Kyra, and I’m so glad I chose this practice at random — it turned out to be the perfect match! Dr. Kyra is incredibly friendly, answers all your questions, and somehow makes fixing a tooth not scary at all. She really lifts your mood and makes you actually want to come back 🤗She placed a new crown for me about six months ago, and it fit very well — I was genuinely impressed with the result.See you next year for my regular check-up!A big thank you as well to the admin team, Alessia and Alyshah, for always reminding me about my appointments.

Great service and affordable prices. I went to loads of consultations about Invisalign and found Battersea smiles to be the best priced with knowledgeable staff.I worked with Dr Lousia who was great throughout, she adjusted my treatment as was needed and then gave me a bridge. The whole team was great throughout and I'm happy with the results.I bumped into Spencer Mathews of made in Chelsea fame and filmed a quick video. This is the best (and only) dental clinic I will attend, the service is unmatched. I have came across Battersea Smiles when they were doing some Black Friday deals for teeth whitening. I decided to try them. I booked first appointment and was seen by Dr. Angela who explained everything in details and was very patient with me. I started Invisalign treatment with Dr Heather Samuels. She explained the process to me from start to finish through the free consultation. I didn’t feel pressured into any particular plan. She let me know of various payment plans and a timeframe. My teeth were janky as heck, so it took over a year to complete treatment but I’m really happy with the way they look.She is very happy to make sure you as the patient are safe and well during any treatment offering regular breaks in case of any uncomfortable aspects to the treatment. Heather talks you through everything she’s doing to keep you at ease as being at the dentists can be an anxious experience.The hygienist team are very bubbly and friendly. Every time I go I feel like I’m the only patient.The receptionist team are very friendly and send you reminders about appointments.Would recommend to anybody, and has now been my regular dentist surgery for over two years.

It's been a year since I finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Kyra, and I'm still very happy with the result! Dr Kyra is so warm, reassuring and knowledgeable; you really do know you're in a safe pair of hands with her. For the end result I wanted to embrace the small natural gap at the front of my teeth, and Dr Kyra made it possible - making the sure that the rest of my teeth were aligned so it fitted perfectly with my smile. Alessia, Zakia & the reception team are always very friendly & welcoming, and overall it was a straight-forward, easy and open process.Recently I had an excellent hygienist treatment with Magda, and the difference it makes is insane! Teeth now feel amazing.Dr Kyra & Lya are just both genuinely kind and lovely, and I'm very grateful for completing my Invisalign journey with them. I had the best experience with Battersea Smiles, Dr Heather was amazing and so patient, I have had various orthodontists experience in the past, Battersea Smiles by far is the best, I had my treatment just over a year and the result is beyond my expectation. The team is incredible, the front desk Alessia is the most patient lady, I often needed to swap my appointments due to work and she was always so patient to answer my calls and re-organise the appointments for me. The team always went extra mile. I also have to say- their treatment prices are probably the most competitive in London. I also had an amazing hygine with Magda, she really changed how I know about teeth health and how to look after them. This practice really cares about your overall oral health and I would highly recommend everyone if you're in SW London, thank you the Battersea Smiles Team
